1. AddDays คืออะไร

AddDays เป็นเครื่องมือ เพื่อการศึกษาและสร้างแรงจูงใจด้านสุขภาพ ที่ประเมิน “Longevity Score” และอายุขัยโดยประมาณจากพฤติกรรม ผลลัพธ์เป็นค่าประมาณเชิงสถิติจากงานวิจัยประชากร ไม่ใช่การวินิจฉัยหรือคำทำนายทางการแพทย์

2. เราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร

• คำตอบแบบประเมินสุขภาพ (เช่น การออกกำลังกาย อาหาร การนอน ตัวชี้วัดสุขภาพ อารมณ์ ฯลฯ) เฉพาะเมื่อคุณกด “บันทึกผล”
• ผลที่คำนวณได้ (คะแนน อายุขัยโดยประมาณ) และวันที่ทำประเมิน
• ข้อมูลบัญชี (อีเมล/ชื่อ) ผ่านระบบล็อกอิน Runner ID (Clerk)

หากคุณ ไม่ล็อกอินและไม่กดบันทึก ระบบจะไม่จัดเก็บคำตอบของคุณไว้บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์เลย — การทำแบบประเมินเฉยๆ คำนวณในเครื่องคุณเท่านั้น

3. ใช้ข้อมูลทำอะไร

• แสดงผล แดชบอร์ด และประวัติการประเมินของคุณ
• คำนวณคะแนนและคำแนะนำเฉพาะบุคคล

เรา ไม่ขาย ไม่แลกเปลี่ยน ไม่ใช้ข้อมูลสุขภาพเพื่อโฆษณา และไม่เปิดเผยต่อบุคคลที่สาม ยกเว้นผู้ให้บริการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่จำเป็น (Cloudflare สำหรับโฮสติ้ง/ฐานข้อมูล, Clerk สำหรับล็อกอิน)

4. ฐานทางกฎหมาย & ความยินยอม

ข้อมูลสุขภาพเป็น “ข้อมูลอ่อนไหว” ตาม PDPA เราจะจัดเก็บ ต่อเมื่อคุณให้ความยินยอมอย่างชัดแจ้ง (กดยินยอมก่อนบันทึกผล) คุณถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ

5. สิทธิของคุณ

• เข้าถึง / ขอสำเนาข้อมูล
• ลบข้อมูลทั้งหมด ได้เองจากหน้าแดชบอร์ด (ปุ่ม “ลบข้อมูลของฉัน”)
• แก้ไข ระงับการใช้ หรือถอนความยินยอม

6. การเก็บรักษา & ความปลอดภัย

ข้อมูลเก็บบนฐานข้อมูล Cloudflare D1 เข้าถึงผ่านการยืนยันตัวตน เก็บไว้จนกว่าคุณจะลบหรือลบบัญชี

1. What AddDays is

AddDays is an educational, motivational health tool that estimates a “Longevity Score” and an approximate lifespan from your habits. Results are statistical estimates from population research — not a medical diagnosis or prediction.

2. What we collect

• Your health-assessment answers (exercise, diet, sleep, vitals, mood, etc.) only when you tap “Save result”
• The computed result (score, estimated lifespan) and the assessment date
• Account info (email/name) via Runner ID login (Clerk)

If you don’t log in and don’t save, nothing is stored on our servers — taking the assessment runs entirely in your browser.

3. How we use it

• To show your results, dashboard and assessment history
• To compute your score and personalised recommendations

We never sell, trade, or use health data for advertising, and don’t disclose it to third parties except essential infrastructure providers (Cloudflare for hosting/database, Clerk for login).

4. Legal basis & consent

Health data is “sensitive data” under the PDPA. We store it only with your explicit consent (the consent step before saving). You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Your rights

• Access / request a copy of your data
• Delete all your data yourself from the dashboard (“Delete my data”)
• Rectify, restrict, or withdraw consent

6. Retention & security

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1, accessed via authentication, kept until you delete it or your account.
